Since the COVID-19 pandemic started in early 2020, we have seen unprecedented stress on people in our workplaces as well as in our communities and families. This stress has mainly resulted from the demands and uncertainties of life we’re currently facing on a daily basis. The impact of this stress reveals itself in different ways, such as increased anxiety and problems with sleeping, which can lead to an increase in negative habits and a decrease in positive habits.

Harnessing Mindfulness in Times of Unease
Each of us has the capability to adapt and overcome challenges and adversity. In this course, attendees will learn how to manage stress and not react to it, how thoughts shape emotions that create positive action, and how you can make challenging times work for you and not against you.
Reduce stress and live with greater ease through well-established mindfulness meditation programming.
- Respond rather than react to stress.
- Change habitual reactivity patterns.
- Learn behavioral science techniques to build momentum toward positive change.
Learn how to enhance each night’s sleep through better practices, tools, and education while learning how to change your unique relationship with sleep. Each participant will gain insight that will enable them to gain more confidence in obtaining sleep.
Anxiety Tool Kit
This mini-course is designed to help individuals understand emotions, anxiety and the stress response. With knowledge and insight, individuals learn strategies to support and encourage the relaxation response that can become part of their daily routine. Breathing techniques, meditation approaches and mindfulness practices and resources are offered to support combatting stress.
Mini-Program – one-hour session on a specific topic (for ex. improving sleep)
Multi-Week/Multi-Session Program – 4-6 sessions, one hour per week on a variety of topics.
These programs help employees feel supported by their company while gaining a deeper understanding of their stress responses and learning practical tools to combat and manage stress.
