Sleep Wellness

A 10-week program to help you understand your sleep in a way you never have — and finally feel it.

Rest isn’t a reward, it’s how you work.

You’ve tried the sleep hygiene checklist. No screens after 8, magnesium before bed, the white noise machine. And you’re still lying awake at 2am, watching your thoughts spiral. The problem isn’t your habits — it’s that most sleep advice treats rest like a logistics problem. It isn’t.

Art of Sleeping Well is a 10-week live group program for women who are ready to stop managing their sleeplessness and start understanding it. Drawing on Ayurveda, circadian rhythm science, nervous system work, and honest conversation about emotions and energy, this program goes where sleep hygiene never does.

Over ten weeks, you’ll explore your relationship with sleep, learn what your biology is actually asking for, work through the emotional patterns that keep you tossing, and discover tools — including some you’ve never heard of — for building rest that genuinely nourishes you. This is for women who want to understand their bodies, not just troubleshoot them.

What is your sleep currently missing?

We built this program because the conventional sleep conversation is missing something essential. It focuses on outputs — hours logged, sleep stages tracked, supplements taken — without ever asking why rest feels so hard to come by in the first place.

The women who need this program aren’t failing at sleep hygiene. They’re carrying a lot. Decades of overachieving, of pushing through, of treating rest as something you earn after you’ve done enough. Ayurveda has a different view: that rest is biological, rhythmic, and deeply connected to how we move through our days — not just our nights.

Art of Sleeping Well was designed for women ready to work with their bodies instead of against them. The approach integrates Ayurvedic wisdom with nervous system awareness, emotional honesty, and community — because sustainable change rarely happens alone. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a different relationship with rest entirely.

This 10-week program may be for you if:

    • You fall asleep fine but wake at 3am with your thoughts already running
    • You’ve read all the sleep tips and none of them have stuck
    • You suspect your sleep problems are connected to something deeper — stress, hormones, emotions, the pace of your life — but you’re not sure where to start
    • You’re tired of being tired, and you’re ready to actually understand what your body is asking for
    • You want real community — women who get it, not a comments section
    • You’re in your 40s or beyond and your sleep has shifted in ways you don’t fully recognize yet

What you can expect from this program?

    • Two live sessions per week — same content offered at different times, so you attend whichever works for your schedule (or both)
    • 75 minutes per session, recorded so you never miss a week
    • A different theme each week, building from the foundations of your relationship with sleep all the way through dreaming, vital energy, and what to do when sleep just won’t come
    • Small-group format with real conversation — this isn’t a lecture, it’s a learning community
    • Tools you’ll actually use: Ayurvedic daily rhythms, nervous system practices, emotional processing techniques, and more
    • A program that meets you where you are and moves at a human pace

    Frequently Asked Questions

How much does this program cost?

Art of Sleeping Well is $995, or $99.50/month for 10 months — whichever works better for you.

How much time does this require each week?

Each week includes two 75-minute live sessions — same content offered at two different times so you can attend whichever fits your schedule. That’s 75 minutes of live participation per week, plus any time you spend with the recordings or your own practices. It’s designed to fit into a real life, not demand a perfect one.

Do I need to know anything about Ayurveda before I start?

Not at all. This program builds from the ground up. If you’re already familiar with Ayurveda, you’ll find the sleep application deepens what you know. If you’re new to it, you’ll learn what you need as you go. The only requirement is curiosity and a genuine desire to change your relationship with rest.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded. You’ll have access to the recordings through your Holistic Health Hub account, so missing a live session doesn’t mean missing the material. That said, the live sessions include real conversation with other women in the program — that part you can’t fully replicate on replay.

Is this just for women with serious insomnia?

No. Some women in this program will have clinical insomnia. Others will have milder but persistent sleep struggles — waking too early, feeling unrested despite enough hours, anxious thoughts at bedtime. If sleep feels off and you’re ready to actually understand why, this program is for you.

What happens after the 10 weeks?

The program runs again beginning February 2nd and 3rd. If you’d like to go deeper or experience the material a second time with fresh eyes, you’ll have the option to join the next cohort. We’ll also share what else is available through the Holistic Health Hub for continuing your wellness work.
