This class will teach you several powerful tools to help calm your nervous system. We will use simple movements and breath work to guide you into a healing state of being. Then we will continue to absorb that peaceful state in a guided rest called Yoga Nidra or yoga sleep. It will leave you feeling completely relaxed and at ease!
