Achieving mental fitness through positive intelligence
Your mind is constantly sabotaging your potential for both performance and happiness. All your negative emotions, including stress, are the result of self-sabotage.
Through breakthrough, research-based tools, you can strengthen the part of your brain that serves you and quiet the part that sabotages you. You will actually strengthen your brain by creating new synapses and be better able to handle anything life throws your way with more ease and flow.
You’ll be able to handle life’s challenges with a more positive mindset and less stress, achieving what is called “mental fitness.”
What is holding you back?
We all have “Saboteurs,” which are the voices in your head that generate stress and negative emotions in the way you handle work and life challenges. They represent automated patterns in your mind for how to think, feel, and respond. They cause all of your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, restlessness, and unhappiness. They sabotage your performance, well-being, and relationships.
There is a Master Saboteur, the Judge, which is a universal saboteur that afflicts everyone. The Judge works with one or more of nine Accomplice Saboteurs – the nine ways we self-sabotage.

What can you do about your saboteurs?
To conquer your Saboteurs, you need to exercise and build three mental muscles:
Saboteur Interceptor Muscle
If you’re in negative emotion for more than a second, you’re in Saboteur mode. Label your thoughts and emotions in that moment as Saboteur and let them go. To be able to do that, you need to have studied your Saboteurs and discredited their lies and limiting beliefs.
Self-Command Muscle
10-second PQ Reps are powerful ways to command your mind to quiet the region where your Saboteurs live and activate the region where your Sage lives. So, every time you intercept your Saboteurs, do PQ Reps in order to pause and choose a Sage response.
Sage Muscle
Your Sage is the one in you that handles challenges with a clear and calm mind, and positive emotions. It uses the 5 primary powers of Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate. Once you’ve activated your Sage brain through PQ Reps, you’ll have access to these powers.

Create powerful habits for a positive mind.
Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. And that’s what my 8-week Mental Fitness program empowers you to do.
Through daily practice (15 minutes/day), weekly focus (one hour/week), immediate feedback on your progress and community support, you will build a foundation of mental fitness. You’ll strengthen the three mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).
After developing your 3 core mental muscles in the 8-week program, you’ll use modules in the app in the subsequent weeks to help you use those muscles for a variety of work and life applications. You will continue to grow beyond the program.
