Vibrant Living is an online group course based on the science of habit formation and the practice of Ayurveda, the healing side of Yoga.
Broken out into sessions aligning with the seasons, you’ll develop ten habits to help you find and keep your optimal weight, sleep deeper, stress less, and live a more balanced, vibrant life.
While the course is designed to be a year long, you can get your feet wet with just one session and go from there, see how it feels.
You’ll get weekly group coaching sessions, one-on-one coaching, accountability partners and a whole year to evolve.

How & Why This Course Works
Take Your Time to Grow
With the option to start slow
Vibrant Living is a habit-development and personal growth course, broken down by sessions to match the seasons. No quick fixes. We strive for small incremental improvements.
You can join the course at the beginning of any one of the seasons. Your personalized year will be broken down like this:
Session One – Learning what the habits are, and experimenting and playing around with them. Learn from existing members how they did it. See how you feel. (January)
Session Two – Feeling better, implementing some of the habits and gaining traction. (April)
Summer Integration Break – Learn how to do the habits on your own. There is no rigidity here. Learning how to do your life with flexibility and balance instead of the on/off pendulum swing.
We will have a one-day retreat in Western MA to have fun, grow, and share with each other.
Session Three – The habits are your new normal. They are automated, just like brushing your teeth, so you don’t have to think about them. You feel amazing.
*While the course is designed to be a 4-session year, in this time of uncertainty you may start with just ONE session. Ask me for details.

Vibrant Living is rooted in both the ancient practice of Ayurveda and the modern science of habit formation and change.
What is astonishing to me is that in the last 10 to 15 years, the habits in the course have been backed by Western Science. In fact, Harvard University, UC Davis and the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize in Medicine have all concluded these habits improve our complete health, longevity and happiness.

How Vibrant Living Came To Be
Ayurveda became part of my life in my 20s, but I found it overwhelming, complex, and a little out there for me. For many years afterward, I was traveling and training all over as a functional personal trainer; always busy and pretty stressed out most of the time.
I looked fit, but I wasn’t sleeping through the night, had horrible digestion and, more often than not, needed a glass of wine at the end of the day to wind down.
The stress and constant rushing around became my norm. I thought this was how it had to be if I was going to be successful.
I actually found Ayurveda for my clients, who needed more help than I was giving them. I took a course where I learned and practiced the daily habits found in Vibrant Living. I wasn’t doing that class for me. I didn’t think I needed it. I thought I had it all figured out. I was wrong.
That course was eye-opening for me.
I was always dieting, My whole life, I was dieting. My weight dropped to an optimal weight for me; my digestion, which was poor my whole life, started working; I slept through the night; I went off all medication for anxiety, sleep and GI issues.
I have been practicing these habits for a few years now. I have lost body fat. I am leaner and stronger than ever at age 54. I am no longer dieting. I am sleeping well. I feel grounded and optimistic about life.

How Long Does the Program Run?
The program is 12 weeks long and runs quarterly. We change our habits as the seasons change.
Can I Just Do One Session/Season of the Program?
You can do one session, although you will get much more out of it if you do it for a year.
When do the Group Calls Take Place?
The one-hour group calls are held on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m.
Where do the Group Calls Take Place?
All group calls are held on Zoom, a free video conference platform. You can join the group from your desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or phone.

Before anything else, jump on a call with me to see where you are and if you’re a good fit for the program. We will talk about where you are with your overall health and see where you are right now.
Is Our First Call a Sales Call?
Not at all. Think of our initial call as an informal 2-way interview process to see if you’re a good fit for the course and if the course and I are a good fit for you.

“I’ve tried everything. Why will Vibrant Living work when everything else I’ve tried hasn’t?”
There is two-way interview process for this group. You will only be asked to join if you are good fit for the course and if the course and I are a good fit for you. The group support, the weekly calls, the accountability, the one-on-one coaching and the behavior science all lead to great success for each carefully selected member.
“I don’t have enough time.”
The content of this course is manageable for all the participants, many working tons of hours in and outside the home and some caring for a house full of kiddos or aging parents. The course is designed for busy people who want to feel and age better.
“I don’t have enough money.”
Vibrant Living will actually save you money. When their health improves, members stop spending money on those things they previously thought they needed to feel better. That means fewer impulse buys, doctor visits, and magic pills and formulas.
“I am afraid I will fail.”
You’re not alone. Fear of failure is a huge issue with many of my new attendees. But, we’ll take the time to unpack your fears in a separate, dedicated phone call. Together, we’ll bring to light ways we tend to self-sabotage including repeating the same unhealthy patterns over and over – leaving us to believe success is out of reach. From what we’ve unpacked, we will individualize your course goals so that you will be successful.
