Personal Fitness Training

As your coach, I can come to your home or you can come to my home’s fitness studio in Southborough or we can meet via Zoom. 

We’ll create an exercise program for you in a private setting and develop healthy eating guidelines that work for your unique constitution.

We can meet bi-weekly, weekly or what works for you. And you choose where we work out.

Consultations (wellness calls) are always free of charge. They are typically done via phone but if you’d like to meet in person, we can absolutely do that as well.

Mental Fitness Program

Your mind is constantly sabotaging your potential for both performance and happiness. All your negative emotions, including stress, are the result of self-sabotage.

I work with individuals, small groups and corporate teams to provide breakthrough, research-based tools for strengthening the part of the brain that serves you and quieting the part that sabotages you. After taking this 8-week program, participants are better able to handle life’s challenges with a more positive mindset and less stress, achieving what is called “mental fitness.”

VIP One-on-One Wellness Coaching

My VIP Coaching is a customized approach so we can tackle your unique wellness issues and health concerns.

This one-on-one coaching provides you intimate and personalized care within a timeframe that works for you.
