Let’s talk about positive (and sometimes negative) self-talk.
So often, I hear from my 30-47-year-old women how horrible things are with their bodies: this thing, that thing, and this thing. Every little thing that’s “wrong” is a huge focus.
We are not perfect people, we were not born perfect. So, I use strength training to empower my clients to believe in themselves, in their beauty, inside and out. And, to help them feel worthy of anything.
When you believe in yourself and the goodness that you are and feel strong and beautiful, good things start to happen for you – creating positive momentum in your life.
