Hi, it’s Jill. I’m here in my studio in Southborough, Massachusetts. This is where I do one-on-one personal training with women. I not only train here in my studio, I also travel to my clients’ homes, including Framingham and other MetroWest Boston towns.

We do one-on-one personal training, incorporating a lot of functional training, so getting my clients really strong in their core. I also pull from other mediums of exercise like Pilates and yoga. We work a lot on balance training and postural work as well.

I really try to get my clients aware of what they’re doing, and why they’re doing it because I really find it’s empowering in terms of how you feel about your body, knowing that you’re getting powerful, and incorporating that into your everyday life.
