Hi there, I’m Jill Vroman. I do one-on-one personal training with women, right here in my studio in Southborough, Mass. I also travel to surrounding areas.
I work with women on functional training, meaning what do you need to be strong for in your life. It could be golf or tennis, running, lifting children, or just being lean and injury-free.
We use a holistic approach, and that includes accountability. We’ll identify what’s happening in your life, throughout your week, that helps us create positive momentum with your fitness.
So, it is now pre-holiday season and it’s time to get lean and in a great mindset before the holidays begin.
