I wanted to talk to you quickly about alkalinity. Our diets are not always alkaline enough. In order to get an alkaline diet, you have to eat a lot of plants. And, we can’t always do that.
A great way to increase alkalinity is to drink a lot of water in the morning with lemon, cucumber, and mint. Just fill a pitcher with filtered water, add slices of lemon, cucumber slices and a handful of mint. Cover and let sit 8-12 hours or overnight.
I try to drink about three cups of lemon water first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. And then I just let it sit. It’s a natural cleanse and reduces joint pain and inflammation.
Try to drink the lemon water twice a day on an empty stomach. It’s a beautiful thing for all the organs in your body and does make your joints feel much better and help you recover faster from any sports or other injuries you might have. Give it a try. Let me know how you do in the comments below.
