I’m outside in beautiful nature, not far from my house. I just wanted to give you the idea that you can do a beautiful workout, outside in nature, just using a little creativity.
I’m walking my dog right now. And often, I do workouts right out here. You can do walking lunges, interval training, step-ups on a big stone, squats, and push into a tree to work your legs, your glutes, and your obliques, alternating sides.
It’s a great place to do beautiful workouts. You feel like you’re part of nature. It decreases your stress, you feel amazing.
