Welcome and thank you for visiting my site. My name is Jill Vroman. I provide in-home personal training throughout the Metrowest Boston area of Massachusetts, including Southborough, Westborough, Natick and surrounding towns. I am thrilled you are here.
As a personal trainer specializing in strength and conditioning, I’m here to help you achieve your individualized fitness, nutrition, and wellness goals – no matter at what level you’re starting.
While working primarily with women I focus on what’s called functional strength, that is the strength you need for everyday life. This could be yard work, tennis, golf, lifting heavy children – or grandchildren for that matter.
Together, we’ll focus on changing your body composition, that is increasing the lean muscle mass throughout your body while decreasing the body fat. This in turn, increases your resting metabolism and helps you burn more calories throughout the day. You’ll be leaner, tighter, smaller, and less prone to injury.
